Our flights are tailored to your needs.
Yes. The Federal Aviation Administration regulates commercial drone flights in the United States. Any drone flight for commercial purposes must be conducted by a licensed pilot and comply with national airspace regulations. All Height Sight pilots carry the FAA Part 107 license and will obtain the airspace authorization necessary for your flight.
Yes, we are fully insured and would be happy to provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.
It is not necessary for you to be present during the flight operation. We do ask that you provide us with a point of contact that can be reached the day of the flight. We also ask that you notify any additional staff and neighbors that may need to be aware of our operations.
Height Sight will store and maintain the images and data from each flight to create a historical record for you.
Drone images and video are commonly used to promote and market your property location such as a real estate listing. The detailed data captured during the creation of property maps and models are often used to inspect and measure key areas of your property.
Using the maps and models generated by our drone imaging platform, Height Sight can help you layout and plan your project. Once construction begins, we can schedule routine flights to monitor construction progress and inspect the work.
After your flight, Height Sight will provide you with a link to download the images from your flight. Depending on the type of mission that is flown additional options are available.
By establishing a routine recording of the condition of your roof and property you can be in a position of strength should you need to make an insurance claim, dispute a proposed settlement, or negotiate a new policy. With a Height Sight membership we will routinely scan your property and provide the data directly to you. We also have partnerships with adjusters that can represent your claim if you need assistance.
Yes, Height Sight offers a membership program that includes access to our drone imaging software platform. With this software you have the ability to analyze the maps and models that were created, inspect images, measure, annotate, create reports and more.
Depending on the deliverable, Height Sight can provide exports in JPG, GeoTIFF, DXF/SHP, Shapefile, OBJ, LAS,XYZ, PDF, and RCP file formats. Contact Height Sight to discuss your specific need.
Height Sight only makes the data available directly to the customer. Height Sight does not share, distribute, or sell customer data to any other party without the specific permission to do so by the customer.
